Southwest District Convention Set for Tucson

The 93rd Annual Convention of the Southwest District of Kiwanis International will be Friday and Saturday, Aug. 5 and 6, at the AAA 4-Diamond resort, El Conquistator Resort, 10000 N. Oracle Road, Tucson.  Organizers were able to negotiate a fantastic room rate of $79 per night plus tax.  Meanwhile, registration for the convention will be $115 until July 6; $130 until July 22; and $145 per person after July 22.

Among sidetrips for convention-goers are Kartchner Caverns ($50), the Air Museum, and the Museum of Art and Fox Theater.  For more information go to www.Kiwanis-southwest.org.
